This year the union HTF wanted to inform the visitor that lots of things that you as an employee face in their daily work is regulated in the collective agreement. Through mini-seminars, the visitors were educated about different situations that are common and how they can answer to them.
One section worked both as a place for the visitor to sit down and rest but also to mark off the scene for the mini-seminars. One wall had three pictures where different situations were described. The visitor could write suggestion on how to solve the problem. This was a way to draw visitors into the showcase but also make it easier to start a conversation.
